This review is long overdue but it is finally here!! I think that I will love anything that comes from this author because it was so freaking good!!!! If you haven't read the first book then STOP and Click Here.

The Boy picks up right after the ending of The Girl. Everything has changed and sides has to be chosen. The whole clan's lives are changed. That is all I'm going to say on that note. I don't want to give the cliffhanger away.

The Girl (bk1) set the second book up really nice and I was happy for that. It helps you understand it better. In this part of the story I was able to understand and connect with the secondary characters from the first one. We got more of Darby whom I love. I think me and her could be best friends (minus the fangs lol). I like Jools a lot more in the second one than I did in the first book. She is maturing and I like that about her. She now has responsibilities as the head of the New York Branch.

To me this one had more action in it and some backstabbing going on. It was all nonstop. From the first page all the way to the end was engaging and kept me on the edge of my seat. I love being sucked into the Sanctum world and how the author was able to create it amazes me. The writing style and plot was great. All of the characters are unique and how it all comes together just puts one big smile on my face 8D.

I can't wait to get my hands on the next one in the series!!
