Book Review: Stay with Me by (Wait for You #3) by J. Lynn

This book of the series is probably my favorite. Calla reminded me of myself sometimes. There are a lot of firsts that I had not had at her age. I was able to understand some of her problems in that category. What happened with her family sucked like crazy. Her mom took everything that she saved and then some which led Calla to have to do the one thing that she did not want to do which is to go back home. I really hated that she had to go through something like that most of her childhood and adult life. Bearing with a tragedy is something that no one should have to go through with alone.

Then there is Jax who reminded me of Cam. He was sweet, funny and very very straight forward. He knew what he wanted and if he saw something he wanted he went for it. No questions asked. He was very protective of Calla and was there for her which in so many ways melted my heart. This story had romance in it and it got steamy at times too but it was so much more than that. Jax made Calla see what he saw and that was taking the beauty out of something that was scaring and bad. He help her see that there was so much more to her than just her scars. In return Calla did the same for Jax.

This one was very beautiful. It had some drama and I did shed a few tears toward the end. I enjoyed reading this book of the series very much
