I. LOVE.THIS.BOOK!!! After the first one I hurried and got my hands on this one. I went through all the emotions in this story!! It wasn't like the first one where most of the action took place towards the end and with the beginning of the trials for Feyre. It was good from the beginning and definitely all the way to the end. The end??? The end???

So first and foremost this is not a love triangle. I didn't really care for Tamlin at all so maybe this is just my judgement but even if I did like Tamlin it still did not feel like a love triangle. In fact, he isn't present through the majority of the book.

Feyre has matured in so many ways from the first book to now. The trials that she went through for Tamlin killed the girl that she was. The woman that she is now can't be tamed and is fierce when pushed. A part of me could understand Tamlin and his motives but the relationship between them was toxic. Feyre didn't need that type of mess in her life. She overcame so much and the coddling needed to stop.

Rhysand is the awesome :)). I am at lost for words for how much I love him. He treated Feyre as his equal, didn't underestimate her , and truly understood her. He was exactly what she needed even though he felt that he didn't deserve her. When he was telling her his story my freaking insides were torn out and I might have shed a tear for him. He would do anything to protect the ones that he loves. Anything.

The description of the courts were so beautiful. I just wish I could close my eyes and winnow there. The author can do some dang good writing. I need fan art asap. LOL

Although this is considered a Y.A. novel there is some detailed sexual content written. I didn't mind but for those of you who are on the fence about that kind of stuff you might want to know. Although, it didn't take from the story at all whatsoever and it added to the goodness level.

When I finished reading it I was like "HOLY CRAP!" and my face must have been weird because my dad was looking at me like I had grown another head. Now I have to wait a whole year to get the next book. I...just...can't....
